This a list of the human weapons. I will have a pic and a short discription of each one.

This is the Spartan Laser. It is the humans most effective anti vehicle weapon. It takes a second to charge up then will fire a red laser capable of taking out almost any vehicle.

This is the MA5B or the standard assault rifle.  It has either a 64 or 32 round clip and is pretty good against infantry at about medium range. It wasn't available in Halo 2.

This is the Submachine gun. It is good in close combat especially when dual wielded with another one or another weapon. It is good in CQC but it won't out shoot the shotgun or the spiker. 

This is the pistol. It is ok against unarmored infantry. It won't hold up very good to a brute or an elite. It can be dual wielded and is a little better with another gun. In Halo 1 it had a scope and was one of the best guns.

The shotgun is the ultimate close range weapon. It can take out most fully shielded enemies at about 5-10 feet away. It is ineffective any farther than that.

The sniper rifle is the exact oppisiite of the shotgun. It is very effective at about 15-100 yards. It can take out shields with one shot and the opponent with the other. It has a X5 and X10 scope. With a headshot it can take out opponents with one shot.

Frag grenades are good against unarmored infantry. It can take out light vehicles too. It will bring down shields with one blast. It's blast radius is about 5 yards.  

The Battle Rifle is a good medium to long range weapon. It fires in 3 round bursts and has a X2 scope. 36 round clip. 

The rocket launcher has a 2 shot clip. It is very good against vehicles and can sometimes lock on. It can also inflict massive splash damage to anyone stupid enough to stand near it.
